What a wonderful day for rememberance! We were very proud to place our bespoke wreaths at the memorial. Well done to all who attended and thank you to our wreath bearers, you represented your school beautifully.
What a spotacular effort at Looe Primary today! Some amazing outfits and face paints, a big thank you adults! As always we were amazed at how great the children looked and their understanding at why it is important to give to Children in Need. We raised an amazing £258 - £219 from dressing up but an awesome £39 from our Treasure Hunt! Thank you to all who supported us today and helped to make the lives of children less fortunate than ourselves better :-)
Science Day - 14th March
Yesterday the children took part in National Science Week by collapsing the timetable and becoming scientists for the day.  KS1 observed and investigated bubbles and KS2 used critical thinking for their Egg Drop Challenge.  Everyone did a fantastic job, they were fully engaged in their activities and had great fun!  Keep an eye on the curriculum/science area or on individual class areas for more pictures.
Some of our wonderful winners of the Egg decorating competition.
